Loved how close to everything the area was, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the rooftop deck for adults was amazing during school breaks! And the spa hot tub & pool definitely hit the spot after a day out and about. Maybe they could add a laundry in-room so you don't have to wait around for the communal ones, but overall, such a great spot to kick back and relax. 🌟.

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen, separate living and bedroom, and a generous balcony. the lift access was a game-changer, making me feel like a VIP with my own private elevator. Well-appointed interiors made me feel like a celebrity in a luxury Hollywood suite.

i had a fantastic time staying at the port pacific resort in a spacious, clean one bedroom apartment right in town. the location was perfect, just a short walk to ironman australia villages, restaurants, cafes, and the beach. the staff, especially the maintenance team, were friendly and attentive. facilities like the heated pool, spa, and kids' pool were convenient, and the apartment had great amenities like a second tv in the bedroom.

the location was perfect, with everything in the common area with limited time access. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. the facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax. there were picnic areas and tables available to enjoy some outdoor dining.

One minor thing that could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms. Although the overall experience was wonderful, noise from the nearby street could be disruptive at times.

Great Location, Spacious Rooms, and Free Parking

Location is great for exploring the city and walking distance to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Free parking is an added bonus that made our stay more convenient.

The room had an unpleasant, musty odor that persisted even with the balcony doors open. the hallways were noisy with kids running and screaming.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to everything we needed for a great vacation. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful view. We loved the fact that it had a separate living and bedroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony was a great addition, as it opened up from both the living room and bedroom, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and take in the surroundings.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious luxury apartment in the center of town. The receptionists were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The second floor recreation area was a hit with facilities like pool tables, air hockey, outdoor pool, playground, and hot tub. Our room was huge with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions just a short walk away from the hotel. The staff even allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout and gave us access to the recreation area while we waited for our transport. we loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
