The room was modern and spacious, with a great view towards South Yarra and Albert Park. the bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, close to trams and attractions like the MCG and St Kilda. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The room was modern, with a free bottle of water, excellent view, and beautiful sunset from the balcony. Although the bathroom cleanliness was lacking and check-in was a bit challenging, the spacious room, comfortable bed, and convenient parking made for a fantastic find. The lack of documentation on amenities was a downside, but overall a great stay worth returning for.

i had a wonderful stay at kinson in a great room for my family. the staff were helpful and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the location was convenient with easy access to public transport and beautiful surroundings. the rooms were comfortable, and the balcony offered a nice view of a nearby park. can't wait to return for a child-free weekend getaway!

The retro-style studio had a fully equipped kitchen, spacious layout, comfy bed, and Netflix.

Omg, just stayed at the place with super close trams! ! the perfect location for exploring. Rooms were v nice, had everything we needed. But 🙁 some staff were rude. a 👍 experience! .

Spacious room. the view from the balcony was stunning, like a scene from a postcard. It felt like having my personal slice of paradise right in the heart of the city.

We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony overlooking Albert Park, and the convenient location close to the tram stop. the kitchenette in the room included some extra features such as a dish drawer dishwasher and microwave with grill, which made it easy to prepare meals.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and often ignored specific requests. the room lacked effective lighting, and the curtains were difficult to close.

Just stayed at a hotel in St Kilda Rd. LOVED the spacious rooms and great service. Staff were super helpful. Would come back. Rooms even better in person! .

We had a great stay at this hotel, with its convenient location right on the tram line. It made it so easy for us to explore the city, as we were very close to trams etc. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette. We also loved the fantastic view of Albert Park from our balcony.
