the entrance access options were jaw-dropping, making public transport and shopping a breeze. the staff, especially Dorelle and Marty, were SUPER FRIENDLY and made everything hassle-free. the clean and comfortable bed exceeded all expectations. the location's easy access to the beach, restaurants, and attractions was just amazing. the availability of a sparkling swimming pool, warm jacuzzi, and personal spa bath on the balcony was simply incredible. the friendly staff, beautiful air conditioning, and gorgeous views of the skyline made for a super stay. the portobello resort was spotless - super close to both the beach and the shopping hub with a fab pool and outdoor spa. the hosts were top-notch - offering great tips and even helping with our bags from the bus station to our room.

This place is the perfect location for a beach vacation. It's just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gold Coast. You can also enjoy shopping at the nearby Pacific Fair mall, which is only a few minutes away. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and bars in the popular Broadbeach area that are within walking distance.

The noise from the nearby highway can be quite bothersome at times.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices and basic amenities. The rooms have their own laundry facilities and a full kitchen, making it convenient for longer stays. The location is fantastic, being close to shops, restaurants, and most importantly, the beach. Additionally, the hotel is situated on the last station of the new Gold Coast Light Rail system, providing easy access to explore the area.

Although there was one small issue with noise, overall, everything was satisfactory.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and there was a shopping mall nearby with restaurants, shops, and a cinema. the apartment was comfortable and well maintained. the pool was perfect for cooling off on hot days. the receptionist was friendly.

The room was quite small compared to the price we paid for it. There were not enough power points and no USB ports.
