We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Mackay. The location was perfect, away from the flight path, but close to the mangroves, where we saw cool wildlife. It was also close to our friend's place, as we were visiting over the Easter long weekend. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had great shower pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free movies and the quietness of the property. We would definitely stay there again, as it was close to everything.

The Wi-Fi in the room was not working, but the staff assured us it would be fixed soon.

The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Power cord provided for sleep apnoea machine. Brand new facilities and friendly managers. Free cold beer and wine upon arrival. Microwaves and accessible shower rooms available upon request.

Our New Year's Eve stay was amazing! the beds were so comfortable with superb pillows that ensured a great night's sleep. the rooms were new and very well kept. We appreciated the complementary maps and bikes that allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings. the gym facilities were fantastic.

There was no on-site dining or breakfast available. We understand that this is not the hotel's responsibility, but it would have been a nice touch.

Comfortable bed, hot water, and variety of pillows made for a pleasant sleep. Great location near the beach, with a lovely sea breeze and quiet surroundings. Well-maintained and spotless, with above-standard in-room facilities. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Plenty of freshly cooked breakfast options, and free bike hire to explore the Blue Water Trail.
