I always return to my favorite hotel for weekends. First stay staff recommended great restaurants. Hotel fits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. Also has luggage storage, a coffee shop, and a cozy snack bar. Love the convenience and comfort here.

Staff were SUPER FRIENDLY and caring, room was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. Amenities include a laundry area and cafe with fantastic breakfast. Great location near Main Street for easy access to activities!

The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and a large TV. The bathroom was modern and clean. I appreciated the nice touches from the team, like iPhone compatible music and charger on the bedside table. The location was convenient, close to local restaurants and a shopping center. I had a pleasant stay at Potters. I'll recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.

The hotel is located in a perfect location close to shopping centres and tourist attractions. the staff were hospitable, and the room was really clean and comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary drinks voucher and the little chocolates in the refrigerator waiting for me after a long day of sightseeing.

My only complaint is that the showerhead was not what I'm used to and took some getting used to. Overall though, my stay was fantastic, and I would stay here again.

Immaculately clean hotel with new furnishings and friendly staff. Conveniently located near Laurel Bank Park and a shopping center. Comfortable beds and excellent quality finishes throughout. Good value for money in a great location. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, nestled between two beautiful parks with easy walking access to the city center and Grand Central Shopping Centre. The staff were fantastic, offering efficient and friendly service, and even checked in with us before our arrival to ensure we had the right bedding configuration. The room was spotless and had great amenities, from the comfortable bed and soundproofed rooms to the lovely terrace with garden furniture. The restaurant was also a highlight, offering a great menu and even better service.

The only thing we would say is that we wish we could have stayed longer! we would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with great service and amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Toowoomba. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to easily walk to the shops, restaurants, and major shopping center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nicely-styled bathroom and a super comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even allowed us to check in early. a great experience!

The water pressure in the bathroom could have been better.
