The breakfast is delicious and the view from certain rooms is simply breathtaking.

The hotel lacks an environmentally friendly approach, with excessive use of fans and towels being changed daily, even when requested otherwise.

Our recent stay at Pullman was truly enjoyable. The exceptional quality of the accommodation surprised us. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities offered to guests were impressive, with all sorts of extras that made our holiday travel a breeze. The Pullman in Cairns had amazing food, entertainment, and beautiful rooms with great amenities. The staff, especially Matthew, provided impeccable service. The unexpected bottle of champagne for our anniversary was a lovely touch. There were plenty of places to relax and enjoy the perfect weather.

Our rooms had a musty smell, but the attentive staff quickly changed them. Convenient location close to everything. Extra large and comfortable rooms with a great breakfast. Staff were polite and professional.

Our recently stayed at this 5-star luxury hotel was incredible. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all our luxurious needs, from the indoor swimming pool to the sun loungers on the sun terrace. The garden area and sauna were a perfect spot for relaxation and privacy. The bar/lounge area and restaurant topped off our experience with delicious food and refreshing cocktails. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from several fine dining options, shopping, and entertainment.

The only minor issue we encountered was the soundproofing of our room. Although the room had exclusive advantages, such as the jacuzzi and massage options, we could occasionally hear noise from other guests in the hallways.

Our city break was made even better by the incredible customer service we received from the staff, especially the concierge. the room was perfect with amazing views and plenty of amenities. the complementary treats were also a great touch. the location was unbeatable with easy access to all the attractions.

The air conditioning system could have been better as it kept getting turned off, making the room too hot at times. it would have been nice to have more variety of juice options available at breakfast.
