We found the new and clean hotel to be very comfortable, with spacious rooms and modern decor. the facilities were well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. the location was ideal, close to entertainment options and offering free underground parking.

brand new and clean, pullman in penrith exceeded expectations. room setup and breakfast were outstanding. the friendly staff and anniversary desserts were special touches on our visit. cons: water pressure in shower was poor.

The best part was DEFINITELY the amazing view from my room. I would definitely choose this place again. the only thing is that the hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. Can't wait to go back! .

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience! the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the new decor added a nice touch. Checking in and out was a breeze due to the efficient process. the carpark was convenient, making it easy to come and go as you please.

One area that could be improved is the WiFi and phone reception, which were a bit sketchy at times. It seems like this is a common issue in Penrith.

The hotel was brand new, clean, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, and the staff were lovely. the electronic mini bar menu had errors, and the allergen, friendly options were sub, par. had technical TV issues and a bit of a hassle with the roll, out bed. No swimming pool but a great fitness center and a nice buffet breakfast.

The room and ensuite at Pullman Sydney Penrith were modern and spacious, complemented by friendly staff and a welcoming touch of complimentary bubbly. While a minor billing issue arose, the overall experience was elevated by the quiet, luxurious room and excellent Australian artwork. the presence of a sauna and outdoor garden area added to relaxation, with nearby attractions like the Nepean River and Museum of Fire enriching family bonding.

the rooms are top-notch, staff are legends, and the location's mint, right by Penrith Panthers Leagues Club. Plus, Hog's Australia's Steakhouse, Krispy Kreme, and Harry's Cafe de Wheels are all a stone's throw away!

Fair dinkum, they mucked up the mini bar prices big time, and the TV was a bit of a headache. But crikey, even with those clangers, the vibe was still as sweet as a Krispy Kreme doughnut!

Nothing all good

We loved the convenience of the bar downstairs for a relaxing evening drink. we were disappointed with the water pressure in the shower. I highly recommend this hotel.
