This place is mind-blowing! The location is jaw-dropping, with a tram stop outside and amazing river views. The facilities are super, including a gym, bar, and restaurant. The design is modern and the apartment is clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect for us as it was close to Southern Cross train station, making it very convenient for us to catch the bus from the airport to the Convention Centre where we had work commitments. It was also located right next to public transport in the CBD, so getting around the city was a breeze. The service was excellent, with the staff replenishing supplies in the apartment and even sending up some champagne for my wife's birthday. The room amenities, including the free Wi-Fi, washing machine, and kitchen, were fantastic and made our stay even more comfortable.

My stay at Punthill was fantastic. The choice of two single beds was a great option, and I appreciated that the tea, coffee, and bathroom essentials were replenished daily. The staff was exceptional - efficient, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The customer service was faultless. The location was perfect, just a short walk into the center, and the view from my high-floor room was incredible. The property also offered inexpensive parking nearby and the option to store luggage after check-out. I also loved the double-blind system, which provided privacy while still allowing me to enjoy the awesome views.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the CBD shopping area and close proximity to the convention centre. The trams on Flinders Street and trains from Flinders Station make it very convenient to explore the city. Additionally, it is within walking distance to everything, including a supermarket. The rooms are well-equipped with facilities such as a washer/dryer, a big fridge/freezer, and a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always responding quickly to requests. The views from the window are amazing, offering a glimpse of the city skyline, the Yarra River, and even Crown Casino. The gym on Level 28 provides a great workout experience with breathtaking views.

The noise from the trains passing and the traffic below could be a bit bothersome, especially for light sleepers.
