we loved the convenience of quality being close to amenities and attractions. the continental breakfast included a great selection of brekky items, like the traditional fruits in individual glasses. our room was clean and incredibly quiet, despite being above the restaurant. staff were welcoming and efficient, making checking in a breeze. overall, a fantastic stay.

Our room at Quality Hotel Bentinck was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed, like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfy bed.

The King size bed could have been a bit comfier for a better night's sleep.

I was thrilled with the beautifully decorated 1-bedroom spa suite I stayed in. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was breathtaking. The dinner downstairs in the lounge bar was generous and delicious. The towels provided in the room were high-quality and luxurious. Despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and quite large, with lots of interesting period features. The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast room was special, with a fantastic assortment to choose from and lovely, friendly staff. We were lucky enough to have a room with a door onto a balcony overlooking the beautiful main street and park, and we had it all to ourselves. The location was perfect, right opposite the harbor, offering gorgeous views. The amenities provided in the room, like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, were great. it was a fantastic experience!

Great stay with family during Thanksgiving. Amazing continental breakfast with a huge selection of food. Perfect location close to main shopping areas and restaurants. We also enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, especially the extra pillows and blankets.

We found a few things that could be improved. the bathroom could have been cleaner, as we saw green scum in the bathtub.
