The atmosphere at the hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the restaurants and attractions. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, we had the best nights' sleep. The unlimited drinking water bottles were a great bonus. We would definitely come back again!

The only small issue we had was that there was not enough facial tissue provided in the room. We had to request more as we both use it regularly.

We absolutely loved the funky and unique ambience of the hotel. The black and gold furniture and decor gave it a stylish and modern touch, unlike any ordinary hotel.

Our stay at Zagame's House felt really like home, with no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the unique touch of the lobby and wine bar decor. The breakfast menu was reasonably priced and while the hash brown was overcooked, everything else was delicious. we recommend this hotel for its modern design and convenient location.

The hotel is located just outside of the city center, close to Lygon Street's restaurants and cafes. The rooms are comfortable with large, cozy beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The breakfast is beautifully presented, and the staff is obliging and welcoming. The hotel has stylish decor and fantastic customer service, with staff going above and beyond to assist with requests.

One minor downside is that some of the rooms are located in separate buildings that open directly to the outside, which can be inconvenient in colder weather.

We loved the delicious breakfast and the amazing room service. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our engagement celebration extra special. the hotel was tastefully designed and walking distance to the city center. It's definitely the best place we've stayed, setting a benchmark for other hotels.

Our Thanksgiving stay was amazing! the staff was super friendly and accommodating, providing us with two complimentary bottles of water every day and a handwritten note thanking us for choosing their hotel. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the best restaurants and attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the city lights at night.

That the bathroom walls were a bit thin, so every sound could be heard by the other person in the room. However, this was a minor issue and didn't detract from the overall experience.

the exclusive amenities provided exquisite comfort. the service was outstanding, and the staff was always amiable. the hotel offers an impressive Leisure/TV room where we enjoyed some relaxation time during our stay. the room advantages were also noteworthy, with the furnishings and decor exhibiting elegance.

There was just one minor issue with the Snack Bar, which didn't have a varied menu for our preferences. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

I found the lack of a suitable seating area quite inconvenient. Eating on the bed became uncomfortable after a while.
