Situated near everything, including public transport and the massive Eastland Shopping Mall, the hotel offered convenience at its best. the complimentary access to a nearby fitness centre was a great bonus, allowing me to stay active during my stay. I was delighted by the unexpected treat of high-quality soaps and shampoo in the room, adding a touch of luxury to the experience.

It's very unfortunate to see a potentially vibrant venue let slip into what will be an expensive market repositioning should a professional operator with deep pockets see what I see.

the comfy bed made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. Super thoughtful staff provided a water bowl and a little bed for our service dog, who was working hard during our stay. the room was a reasonable size, quiet at night, and VERY CLEAN. the staff were wonderful, kind, and considerate, making us feel right at home. Everything was top-notch, from the free parking to the safe space for our pup. the reception area was cozy despite looking a bit tired, but the warm welcome more than made up for it. I had a fantastic stay at this place, with its luxurious rooms and enhanced comfort. The location was perfect, being right opposite a restaurant and very close to two train stations. It was also conveniently located near a big shopping center, making it easy to explore the area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with excellent housekeeping and laundry facilities. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and dining table added a touch of luxury to the room. I was also pleased with the free toiletries provided, as well as the refrigerator and electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and AM/FM alarm clock were great additions, and the carpeted floor added a cozy feel. The option for dining in-room and enjoying breakfast was a convenient feature. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities provided made my stay here truly enjoyable.

The room was dope, ngl. Super comfy beds and we loved the shower after partying at Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family Funland. Free underground parking was clutch for our late-night food runs. the front desk staff were chill and the location was perfect to explore the city vibe.

I wasn't too impressed with some aspects. the sheets had stains which really put me off. the lack of cleanliness and outdated decor outside made me feel like I traveled back in time. On a positive note, the bathroom was surprisingly well-maintained, offering a moment of relief amidst the chaos. the less-than-friendly staff and overall shabbiness of the place made me question the value for my money. But hey, at least I uncovered the mystery of my sudden asthma! Cheers to unexpected discoveries!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as it was close to the event we were attending and right next to a pub where we found more reasonable prices. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful. Though we didn't have breakfast, the restaurant seemed inviting.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult for guests with walking difficulties or wheelchair users to access the rooms.

Spent an amazing New Year's Eve in a hotel with spacious and squeaky clean rooms. Loved the warm and cozy atmosphere that the hotel provided. Its location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the center of the city. Great parking facilities and friendly staff who were always available to answer our questions and offer suggestions.

While the hotel had a lot of advantages, the only downside was the dining experience. Drinks had a limited selection and the service was quite slow.
