Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and convenient location near Eastland Mall made up for it. the eco-friendly soaps and modern bathrooms were a pleasant touch.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and kept really clean, with a renovated bathroom which was great. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I found the hotel's lush gardens and cozy seating areas an ideal spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the outdated TV in the room could use an upgrade to enhance the overall experience. 🌿

The room was dope, ngl. Super comfy beds and we loved the shower after partying at Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family Funland. Free underground parking was clutch for our late-night food runs. the front desk staff were chill and the location was perfect to explore the city vibe.

Y'all, if only they had some sick rooftop party spot for young folk like us!

I wasn't too impressed with some aspects. the sheets had stains which really put me off. the lack of cleanliness and outdated decor outside made me feel like I traveled back in time. On a positive note, the bathroom was surprisingly well-maintained, offering a moment of relief amidst the chaos. the less-than-friendly staff and overall shabbiness of the place made me question the value for my money. But hey, at least I uncovered the mystery of my sudden asthma! Cheers to unexpected discoveries!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as it was close to the event we were attending and right next to a pub where we found more reasonable prices. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful. Though we didn't have breakfast, the restaurant seemed inviting.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult for guests with walking difficulties or wheelchair users to access the rooms.
