we recently stayed at a rydges hotel and were blown away by the stunning newly refurbished rooms with gorgeous decor. it felt like a luxurious retreat in the west! the immaculate cleanliness, along with the super friendly and professional staff, truly made our stay memorable. we enjoyed dining at the restaurant, where the food and service were amazing. the pool and spa were also clean and inviting. this will be our go-to accommodation whenever we visit.

The room was comfortable and clean with friendly staff. However, the significant gap under the door allowed insects in, and the bathroom door was missing, causing light disruption. delivery noise disrupted sleep. The drains in the two-bedroom apartment emitted a strong odor, requiring open windows for relief.

The room with 2 Single Beds felt like a cozy tech haven, perfect for unwinding after a long day of trekking. the 60" 4K smart TV and mini bar added a touch of comfort and entertainment we truly enjoyed.

Pillows were too plump for my liking, but others might find them comfy.

The kids had a blast at the pool, and the themed rooms were a hit with the little ones.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly meal options on the room service menu.

Spotless room, thorough cleaning, comfy beds, nice room service, worth the cost. Changed plans to stay again. Larger room than expected, well-equipped. No electric blankets, average dinner and breakfast. Friendly greeting, clean and fresh room, comfortable bed, soft towels. Fantastic meal and service. Private area, pleasant waitress, tasty snapper. Great breakfast, delicious eggs benedict. Perfect poached eggs, delicious hollandaise sauce. Satisfying omelette and scrambled eggs.

The King Spa room was amazing, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff greeted us with a nice bottle of white wine and a secluded table for dinner. The rooms had great facilities and were spacious. The restaurant provided a fantastic dining experience. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, even the cleaning staff. The pool and spa were clean. our stay exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again.

Felt very much at home, no complaints.

We had a wonderful city break in a hotel that made us feel taken care of. the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi ensured there were no hidden costs. the hotel is located in the perfect spot, close to all the action, but not in the middle of the noise. We loved being able to easily walk or take public transportation to all the sights.

We stayed at the Powerhouse Hotel for a quick weekend getaway. the room was impeccably clean and quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. the staff was professional and courteous, with the chef impressing us with details of the delicious Healthy Start breakfast. the interior design exceeded our expectations, featuring thoughtful amenities like ample plugs and a ceiling fan. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, offering top-notch food quality and service. We're already planning our return for another enjoyable stay!

We recently celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary at Powerhouse Hotel and it was an amazing experience. The King Spa room was luxurious, quiet, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of white wine upon arrival, which showed great thoughtfulness. The hotel staff accommodated our request for a secluded dinner table and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our special night. The level of service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Absolutely amazing!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre and next to the restaurant, making it easily accessible for dining and shopping. The rooms are exceptional, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities, including the jacuzzi and air conditioning, add to the overall experience.

The bed sheets were not properly made by the cleaners, but this is a minor issue compared to all the other positives the hotel offers.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spacious room has exclusive advantages, such as a private jacuzzi and sauna, and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was a perfect place to relax.

The only minor issue was the absence of coffee/tea in the lobby, which would have been a nice touch. Nevertheless, the packed lunches were a convenient option when exploring the area.
