We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as displayed in the online photos, and it was exceptionally clean and well laid out. The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options, and the staff in the dining area were extremely friendly and attentive. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a supermarket and small shops right next door, and a major shopping center just a short distance away. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. our experience here was exceptional, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the complimentary shuttle service from the airport was not available at all times as advertised. This meant that we had to pay for a taxi, which was a bit inconvenient.

Located near the airport with a convenient free shuttle service. Perfect for when the rain closes the airport. Rooms are spacious with a big comfy bed and a large spa bath in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety for a reasonable price.

Some staff members need to improve their customer service skills.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Convenient location close to the wedding venue and other amenities. The pool and gym facilities were excellent for staying active during the Christmas break.

Poor customer service. Housekeeping was slow to respond to requests and some staff members were rude.
