The pool was fantastic, especially loved the unique lagoon style and the caves; the Deluxe King Suite was clean and cozy, just like the pictures online. the spa and wellness center offered a lovely way to unwind after a long day exploring the area, and the sun loungers were a great spot to soak up some vitamin D. the only downside was the creaky floors in the room, but it didn't impact our overall enjoyment. 🌞.

staying at Quality was a delightful experience. the resort offers a range of activities, from pools to mini golf, ensuring there is never a dull moment. we particularly enjoyed the excellent restaurant and the convenience of having food delivered to our room.

The location was a little tired looking, but it was still a great place to stay. The best part was that the hotel was right alongside the 'jumping off rock,' where all the kids were enjoying themselves. The staff were very friendly and professional, and Geoff, in particular, was so pleasant and customer service focused. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a leisure spa and wellness center with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. There were also BBQ facilities, sun loungers, and a spa center. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, babysitting/child services, and a fitness center. it was a fantastic experience.

What a great place to spend the New Year! We enjoyed the complementary refreshments and a coupon for a nearby attraction. Location was ideal - close to restaurants and shops. the pool area was fantastic with a stunning hot tub, perfect for relaxing. the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful.

We did find it a bit rowdy at times, as other guests were partying loudly. Our room wasn't the cleanest, and we did notice stains on the bedding.
