I stayed at Quay West for a few nights and it was perfect. The staff were so helpful and let me check in early, which I really appreciated after my overnight flight. The rooms were dark and comfy, with super comfortable beds and pillows. The location was great, close to everything and I loved being able to take relaxing walks along the river. The kitchen in the room was well equipped and the staff were always friendly with a great smile. I would definitely come back again!

I got great value for my money at Quay West Suites. The room was spacious, stylish, and had a fully-configured kitchen. The location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Central, clean rooms with modern appliances and a spacious balcony. Convenient parking, accommodating staff and great location for access to dining, attractions and sporting events. Complimentary breakfast and restaurant service was excellent with friendly and professional staff.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, there is an outside bar just across the river that offers nightly doof doof music, perfect for those looking for some entertainment. The hotel is also close to Chadstone shopping center, making it convenient for any shopping needs. We were very happy with how close the hotel was to everything we needed.

One minor drawback was the lack of drawers or cupboards in the bathroom. This made it challenging to keep the bathroom looking tidy.

Great surprise! We booked Quay West for its central location, but we were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment upon check-in, thanks to our Accor privilege membership. The bedroom was quiet, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff took care of all our amenities requests promptly. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with delicious barista coffee and fresh fruit. Late checkout was offered, adding extra convenience to our stay. a wonderful experience at Quay West. I highly recommend this hotel.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel surpassed my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and massage services provided a relaxing experience. the sun terrace with its heated saltwater pool was perfect for a morning swim. the restaurant offered delicious in, room breakfast, while the bar and outdoor dining area provided great drinks and snacks. Location wise, it was very handy to everything.

Although the room was very well, equipped, the only minor issue was the non, functional do not disturb sign. Room servicing came at random times which was a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic with a wide selection of delicious and fresh foods beautifully presented. the location was also great, being close to restaurants, bars and sporting events. the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay a pleasant experience.

Although the pool was nice, there wasn't enough space to sit and relax. the pillows were uncomfortably hard and the waterline of the pool was a little dirty.
