the family suite was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. the location near the new arts precinct and historic Lydiard Street was perfect for exploring. the relaxation garden area was a peaceful retreat, and nearby landmarks like Ballarat Civic Hall and the Gold Museum offered great family bonding opportunities.

Room was comfortable but had a rather chilly draft from the aircon vent. Tried to block it with my pillow, ended up in a tug-of-war all night. the green light from the aircon control panel turned my bed into a disco dance floor! All the excitement aside, at least the train horn symphony was a unique lullaby. Staff were lovely, even provided a sweet surprise in my room. Plenty of parking, close to town. Would stay again for the adventure!

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our entire stay. the bed was super cozy, the room was well-equipped, and the location was perfect - within walking distance of the town center, making it easy for us to explore Ballarat. the free parking was a great addition, and we loved the spacious bathroom.

One little issue we encountered was with the water temperature while showering, as it tended to fluctuate between hot and cold at times. This was a minor inconvenience but didn't overshadow our overall great experience at the hotel.

The front desk staff, Anthony, was incredibly helpful and polite. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the variety of TV channels available to watch.

There was no breakfast provided, so we had to look for a place to eat with our two toddlers. Additionally, there were unexpected hidden costs, such as a fee for using a VISA card, which I found sneaky.

Reception staff polite and helpful. Room looks new and facilities great. Clean room, wanted to stay longer. No room upgrade, but free parking and patio given.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right near the railway station and close to the business centre. Despite its proximity to the train station, I was amazed at how quiet it was inside. The staff here were exceptional, providing excellent service and making me feel truly valued. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were two TVs for my entertainment, and the bathroom was top-notch. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which made it easy for me to stay connected.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our romantic escape was amazing! the location was also very convenient, close to restaurants and activities. We appreciated the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates in our room, it was a nice touch and made our stay even more special.

There was some hair on the floor and in the kitchen drawer. there was no choice of pillows and the ones provided were too soft for our liking.

Exceptional service, clean and modern room, helpful and friendly staff, went above and beyond, convenient location.
