We found the hotel easily accessible from the ferry, with a smooth after-hours check-in process thanks to excellent staff communication. the room was clean and featured a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Its location was perfect, being close to local shops and restaurants, and the spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen made our stay convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated the two bathrooms in the apartment and the comfortable beds. the hotel's pool was a lovely touch, perfect for when our children visited.

The staff at Quest were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. They provided excellent communication and made check-in a breeze, even after hours. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the nice hot shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access from the ferry from Tassie.

I must mention that the room I stayed in was close to the front of the building, resulting in some traffic noise throughout the night. This impacted my sleep and made it less than ideal.

Meals perfectly burnt in the fully equipped kitchen. Groceries magically appeared in my apartment. Enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and nearby attractions. the red-brick building gave that jailhouse chic vibe.

I recently stayed at this fabulous 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable with a cozy bed and it was spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic as it was within walking distance to the railway station and the city centre, which made exploring the area so convenient. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my every need was taken care of. The amenities provided in the room were top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the tea and coffee making facilities. I also loved the fact that there was a beautiful garden area with picnic tables, perfect for enjoying a meal or some downtime outdoors.

As a family-friendly hotel, this place comes highly recommended.

The hotel was conveniently located in the Dandenong area, making it easy for us to explore Melbourne city center. It was also within close proximity to shops, which was great for our shopping needs. Additionally, we were attending an event nearby, so the location was perfect for us. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate, meeting all our needs. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options, satisfying our morning cravings. The hotel also had facilities like a washing machine and dryer, which made our stay more convenient.

There were some issues with vacuum cleaning and emptying rubbish bins, which weren't done unless requested.

This hotel had the worst customer experience ever. They did not provide any Thanksgiving service despite the promise on the website.

Well-equipped rooms with laundry facilities and easy parking. Front desk even checked in prior to our arrival. Convenient and clean location with happy staff.
