My recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. the staff here have the most lovely service and kindness to me. I was impressed with how clean and well-kept the apartment was, the housekeeping team does a fantastic job. the location is superb, close to a large shopping centre and so many restaurants, making it convenient for dining out.

While my overall experience was fantastic, I believe there are a couple of areas that could be improved upon. I encountered some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms during the night, which affected my sleep quality.

pros the quest is super clean - right by the northern industrial area. great to have coffee club and TGIF steps away. loved the early check-in and late check-out flexibility. bonus: they offer snacks for sale.

Cons would recommend.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, as it was right next door to a large shopping centre and had a great selection of restaurants just outside the doors. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that we didn't end up using, but it was nice to know it was there. The balcony was a great addition, allowing us to enjoy some fresh air. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Had a mix-up with room keys, which led to a late-night surprise visitor. Room promised Netflix but not delivered, and servicing was lacking. the broken cot was a new sleeping experience for my little one! staff's kindness and the pocket of TimTams made up for it. So, overall, a memorable adventure with a twist of unexpected antics. Cheers!

Clean, well-presented unit with easy access and convenient location. Unit was perfect in every way, exceeding expectations. Excellent staff resolved payment and key system issues promptly. Comfortable bed and large rooms. Centrally located near motorway, shopping center, and hospital.

Great location near shopping plaza, cafes, and restaurants. Friendly staff made a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. the room was comfortable and had a great balcony view.

Dirty glass doors upon entry, made a terrible first impression. Breakfast at the Coffee Club was noisy and crowded, and not worth the extra cost.

The hotel's location was convenient for our needs, with easy access to taxis and close proximity to restaurants. It was also conveniently located near the Northern Industrial area, making it ideal for business travelers. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for the night. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay.

The parking situation at the hotel was chaotic due to the large number of guests checking in at the same time. A more efficient system for parking would greatly improve the overall experience at the hotel.

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Quest Epping and were upgraded to a spacious three bedroom apartment. The bathrooms were clean and the location was perfect, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The parking was also convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
