The vibe here was awesome, the staff was so welcoming, and my room was so swanky I felt like royalty walking in 🔥. I was shocked with how cozy the room felt and it even had a dishwasher! the location here was clutch for our plans too. We were just a hop and a skip away from where we needed to be, and it was perfect. A bit bummed out about the room being super sunny and warm, but hey, nothing a set of blinds and some cool air couldn’t fix.

I enjoyed a central stay at Quest Frankston On the Bay with a well-equipped kitchenette, clean rooms, and great balcony. the bed setup was uncomfortable, and I didn't get the requested room view despite prior confirmation. Communication regarding bookings could be improved.

The place was fancy and spacious, felt like living in a New York loft. Groceries delivered, sun terrace with BBQ - swanky! the staff was lovely, and the area had everything I needed.

Oh, just loved paying extra for parking, who doesn't love surprises!

Convenient location near supermarket/shopping center. Friendly staff and good building security. A previous enjoyable experience, highly recommended.

As a backpacker, I loved the convenient location of Quest Frankston On The Bay. It was so central to everything - shops, train station, beach, and restaurants. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and hassle-free. The hotel room itself had a great layout, with a separate bedroom area that was separated from the living area by the bathroom. This gave me a sense of privacy and made the room feel very spacious. The staff were also very friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Felt lucky, no reason to complain.

I keep returning here for a reason. the staff helped me with an insect bite at my first stay. This place has everything I need – Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, fitness center, and more. Coming back for Christmas! .

Great apartment style accommodation with separate bedroom, bathroom, and combined kitchen, dining, and living area. Conveniently located for visiting family in the area. Upgraded to a spacious executive studio with a balcony and bay view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site cafe is a nice addition.

We had a fantastic stay at Quest in Frankston. The room was beautifully presented with a modern design and an amazing view from the balcony. We decided to upgrade to a bay facing room and it was definitely worth it. The extra $20 was well spent! The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and we were impressed with the size and layout. The location was also a major plus, with plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who provided excellent service and explained everything thoroughly. we had a pleasurable experience at Quest Frankston and would definitely recommend it to others.
