I had a pleasant stay at Quest. The room was fine, with a nice view of a vacant block and close to the shoreline walk. Although the air conditioner was noisy and ineffective, the staff were friendly and helpful. The upgrade to a spacious apartment was a nice surprise. I appreciated the decorations and well-equipped kitchen. Some minor maintenance issues and difficulty with the wifi were reported. The only downside was the bed being too soft for my liking, and the lack of a full-length mirror in the room.

The hotel was close to the city centre, making it convenient for my conference on the waterfront. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Cons: Nothing not too like.

we loved staying at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit for 4 adults. it was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with friendly and helpful reception. the location was great, not far from the water view and city center. the equipped kitchenette and access to streaming services on the TV were convenient. quest facilities are clean and offer a variety of accommodation options.

clean rooms - very close to where we needed to be at a conference on the waterfront - local cafes and boutique shops on Pakington Street - attentive staff, and secure parking for peace of mind.

Close to HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT, we partied hard! Room was cozy, and staff were mega cool - saved us from a key card crisis. Will defo come back for more epic adventures with the squad!

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the waterfront restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities such as a smart TV and air conditioning. I also loved the fully equipped kitchenette, which made it feel like a temporary home. The hotel also offers additional services such as car hire and room service, which added to the overall convenience of my stay.
