The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the river with a nice walking path, as well as being near the Maitland mall and railway station. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff provides good service and the amenities are excellent. Guests can enjoy the fresh air and breeze through the sliding doors that lead to a verandah. the intelligent design of the apartments allows for plenty of morning sunlight and storage space.

The lounges in the rooms were not very comfortable to sit on, which was a minor drawback.

Had a good location, close to shops and activities. Appreciated the welcoming staff and the free parking service. It was great to have a kitchenette in the room for making meals.

Unfortunately our easter weekend was ruined by the poor maintenance of the hotel. the TV was ancient and barely functional, our room wasn't adequately cleaned and the bedding left much to be desired.
