we had a wonderful stay at Quest. the apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean. the amenities were top-notch, especially the comfy king bed and the well-stocked bathrooms. the location next to High Point Shopping Centre was convenient for dining and shopping.

Staff were amazing, very clear with instructions and super friendly, making me feel safe and welcome. the room was top-notch - fantastic bed and pillows, plush and thick just how I like them, plus a great shower and body products. the hotel has relaxing barbecue facilities and great space for working on my laptop close to a powerpoint. Only hiccup was a minor issue with borrowed baby equipment cleanliness, a small blip in an otherwise stellar experience. 😊

Just stayed at a place near High Point Shopping Centre. LOVED the exceptional service and the cozy room with a kitchenette. the hot breakfast was a bit pricier than expected, but totally worth it. Would definitely come back! the staff were so friendly, and the petal touch on the bed was sweet. Even better than the photos! Can't wait to return! .

The cleanliness was impressive, and the location was perfect for exploring the neighborhood. the room size was fantastic and had a comfortable bed. the hotel also offered a good selection of affordable restaurants nearby. the free parking was very convenient in the bustling area.

The balcony was not enjoyable at all due to the excessive heat and lack of shade or air flow. the hotel did not provide blinds or curtains for some privacy and the glass was blackout.

This hotel provides luxurious and exclusive amenities that meet all my needs. the service was outstanding, the staff knowledgeable about the area and suggested great things to do in Melbourne. the room had great advantages, including a comfortable bed and breakfast. There were also private facilities that added to my wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is extremely close to the HighPoint shopping centre, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out, with a king size bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The service provided by the staff is outstanding, with friendly and knowledgeable staff members like Anand who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

One drawback was the lack of shade or airflow on the balcony, which made it too hot to enjoy. A shade sail and some slots in the glass would greatly improve visitor satisfaction.
