I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel was ideal, with cafes and a shopping center within walking distance. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and I loved the refreshing air freshener scent.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was close to everything we needed. We were able to walk to the Midland Gate shopping center and enjoy all the amenities it had to offer. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the amenities such as ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace. The staff, although they could improve on their customer service, were still very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the outdoor BBQ facilities. it was a great stay.

Nothing to fault.

The hotel had a great pool area and the rooms were clean and spacious. It was convenient having a mini kitchenette in the room, and there was a laundry room available too. the location was good as it was close to a large shopping centre and had easy access to public transport.

The staff wasn't very accommodating when we requested an early check-in and our room wasn't ready until an hour later than promised. the wifi was also unreliable and not available in some of the rooms.

The 1-bedroom apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine, dryer, balcony, WiFi, and kitchen appliances. It was perfect for my little one, with a kettle for bottles and a microwave to reheat them. The location was convenient, close to public transport. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and well-designed.

It was centrally located, close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and Sunday markets. The hotel was also within walking distance to the train station and a short drive to Guildford, Swan Valley, and Perth Hills. The rooms were clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were polite and attentive, with one even arranging a taxi for us without us asking. this hotel far exceeded our expectations.
