Enjoyed our stay as the pool was a great escape. Friendly staff and easy parking were bonuses. Kitchen utensils were clean & sharp, and we appreciated the pod coffee machine. Location near shopping center and family-friendly activities was a plus. Bedding mix-up was quickly resolved with sofa bed.

The spacious room easily accommodated our large family, and the kids absolutely loved the entertainment options available. the friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions.

My wife says that a kids' play area would be a great addition.

With a full kitchen, I felt like a master chef, and the large Three Bedroom Apartment was perfect for my group. Having groceries delivered was a posh touch. the outdoor pool and BBQ area made me feel like a socialite.

Moldy bathroom - a spa experience!

While there were some minor issues with the room, the overall experience was positive. the location near Fountain Gate shopping center was a highlight.

I had a great stay at Quest Narre Warren. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The on-site parking was convenient, and the master bed was really comfortable. Despite a few minor issues like a flickering TV and a faulty A/C temp gauge, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a coffee machine and even a washer and dryer. The staff were friendly and accommodating, extending our checkout when we requested it. We were so grateful that they even called my husband to let him know he had left clothes in the washing machine! The location was also very convenient for us, as it was close to where we needed to work in the area and just a short distance from the Fountaingate shopping complex.

Staff gave me a local taxi number on first visit. Place is perfect: Wi-Fi, Free parking, Laundry, Pool, Business centre. Have what I need and more: Flat-screen TV, Kitchen supplies, Express check-in, Sun loungers. Returning for business trip. Great stay, no regrets.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to Fountain Gate, a large shopping mall with a variety of dining options. Additionally, it is located near the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. The hotel provides a blind in the living area for privacy, and the proximity to where I needed to work in the area was a major advantage.
