We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, but once we did, it was easy to navigate around the area using public transportation. Our receptionist was amazing and even arranged for a room with a view of the wheel. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. We're already planning to make it an annual trip and will definitely consider staying at Quest New Quay again!

There were some noise issues with a large motor outside the hotel, which sounded like a huge exhaust fan. Additionally, the check-out time of 10am was a bit early for our liking.

I had a great time staying at this place! The location was perfect, being in the Free Tram Zone made it easy for me to explore the city without having to worry about transportation costs. The service was also exceptional, the staff were friendly and always ready to assist me with my needs. I also loved the room amenities! From the comfortable bed to the electric kettle and laundry facilities, everything was provided to make my stay as relaxed as possible.
