The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to pretend I was a master chef, and the stunning views from the higher floors made me feel like I was on top of the world. The guest services team were so helpful, it almost seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs.

Apparently, parking is only for the privileged ones, not for people like me who prefer to park their car on the moon. How dare they not provide enough parking spaces for everyone's intergalactic transportation needs!

We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, but once we did, it was easy to navigate around the area using public transportation. Our receptionist was amazing and even arranged for a room with a view of the wheel. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. We're already planning to make it an annual trip and will definitely consider staying at Quest New Quay again!

I had a great time staying at this place! The location was perfect, being in the Free Tram Zone made it easy for me to explore the city without having to worry about transportation costs. The service was also exceptional, the staff were friendly and always ready to assist me with my needs. I also loved the room amenities! From the comfortable bed to the electric kettle and laundry facilities, everything was provided to make my stay as relaxed as possible.

Got some complimentary drinks and snacks, and the hotel location was very convenient as it was near a shopping center with a variety of stores and restaurants. the view from the room was also nice, with a great view of the city skyline and harbor.

the room had some cleanliness issues, with rubbish left in the bedside table from previous guests not being addressed by staff. This left a negative impression of the hotel and affected my enjoyment of my New Year's celebration.
