We had a fantastic stay at Quest! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We were impressed with their prompt assistance in finding a DVD player for us. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. Despite a minor issue with the pillows, which were slightly uncomfortable, we were overall satisfied with our stay. We highly recommend Quest for their excellent service and cleanliness. we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Quest again.

we stayed at quest in a suite which was spacious & well-equipped. perfect location for exploring as it was near all forms of public transport. reception staff were friendly & helpful with restaurant recommendations. the room was tidy, modern & classy with a lovely scent. we enjoyed the convenience of self-catering utensils & coffee facilities. the property also had a gym, steam room/sauna, and possibly a pool on-site. the quest executive apartment we had was grand & had thick curtains for a good night's rest.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, providing easy access to shops, cafes, and everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a well-equipped gym, a steam room, and a sauna for guests to enjoy.

The window in my room faced a neighboring apartment building, blocking out natural light and making the room feel closed off.

quest exceeded my expectations with a like-new studio apartment, excellent location, and friendly staff. Loved strolling to nearby shops and harbourside suburbs. Will definitely stay again.

Parking was a problem.

Loved the thoughtful amenities- a dishwasher and dishwashing supplies were a godsend. the staff was top-notch, the best customer service I’ve experienced on a city break. the location was ideal, placing you close to the action of the city without being too loud.

It would have helped if the lights and amenities had been explained in advance. the bed type was not as advertised, and the coffee mug was dirty - small flaws that should have been avoided.

We had a fabulous experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The apartment unit was very nice and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient washer-dryer. The location was superb, with shops, cafes, and public transport links close by. We particularly enjoyed the cafe on the ground floor. The staff, especially Daniel at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. This place is definitely worth considering for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I particularly loved how soundproof the room was, ensuring a peaceful stay. The location was also fantastic, with everything I needed within walking distance.
