The room was so cozy and welcoming; we enjoyed the stunning town views from the spacious balcony. the staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

Quest Orange surpassed my expectations for a family stay, boasting a spacious and well-organized room with stylish furnishings and a convenient kitchenette. the thoughtful gesture of providing drinks and fruit at the front desk was a refreshing touch. the quiet surroundings and excellent service from Cameron made our visit truly enjoyable. I only wish we could have stayed longer. the live entertainment, BBQ facilities, and nearby landmarks like Pinnacle Lookout, Orange Showground, and Botanic Gardens added to our family bonding experience.

we had a fantastic stay at Quest. the room was spacious, bathroom roomy, and lift smooth between floors. the staff were so welcoming and friendly, providing great communication throughout our stay. our upgraded executive one bedroom had a beautiful balcony with town views. convenient location near shops and restaurants, with easy parking on site. free access to Netflix and prime was a nice touch. amazing coffee nearby at the coffee factory and delicious thai food just a short walk away.

During our stay, we were delighted with the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of the shops and eateries, making it incredibly handy for us as tourists. Additionally, we appreciated the ample parking space available, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a smooth check-in process. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, providing all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the complimentary access to streaming services such as Netflix and prime, which offered entertainment options during our downtime.

While our overall experience was enjoyable, one minor drawback was the cleanliness of certain areas. We noticed shoe prints on the bathroom floor and missed spots on the glass wall in the bedroom and the kitchen splashback.

The bed was comfortable and the location was decent, close to shops and restaurants. the free parking was also a bonus and the staff were friendly.

There were multiple oversights in the room such as a blocked sink, falling shower head, and insufficient cutlery. the chocolates offered in the room were also bitter and not a great addition.
