They were all so genuinely helpful and lovely, truly going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the room we had was very spacious and clean, with a full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer which made our stay very convenient. the convenience of being close to shops and restaurants was perfect for us.

One thing that could be improved is the WiFi stability. There were issues with the connection dropping out frequently, which was disappointing as we needed it to conduct business.

Quest in Palmerston offers spacious and conveniently located accommodation. the staff is attentive, quickly addressing any issues. They even upgraded us when needed. Nearby, a large shopping center with a good supermarket is available for convenience.

This hotel is ideally positioned close to shops, making it very convenient for me during my stay. The location was perfect as it was right in the centre of Palmerston, within walking distance of the shops, markets, cafes, and pubs. I also loved the fact that there was a Hogs Breath restaurant linked to the airport, making it easy for me to grab a quick bite before my flight. Additionally, the staff at this place were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the front staff to the restaurant and management. They were quick to resolve any issues and were always professional in their approach.

Always returning for a romantic getaway. First stay, staff found my missing jewel. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, outdoor dining, fitness centre, laundry, flat-screen TV. Love the outdoor pool, express check-in, no smoking. Everything I need is here.

Well, the hotel facilities were not so bad and the services provided by the staff were okay too. the underground parking was useful, and the pool and barbeque facility was a great spot to unwind. the hotel is situated in a convenient location that was easy to navigate around.

I didn't appreciate the need to make a $200 deposit which was not refunded immediately but within a time frame of 1-8 days. This was stressful and could be off-putting for first-time visitors.
