This hotel is ideally positioned close to shops, making it very convenient for me during my stay. The location was perfect as it was right in the centre of Palmerston, within walking distance of the shops, markets, cafes, and pubs. I also loved the fact that there was a Hogs Breath restaurant linked to the airport, making it easy for me to grab a quick bite before my flight. Additionally, the staff at this place were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the front staff to the restaurant and management. They were quick to resolve any issues and were always professional in their approach.

I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Well, the hotel facilities were not so bad and the services provided by the staff were okay too. The underground parking was useful, and the pool and barbeque facility was a great spot to unwind. the hotel is situated in a convenient location that was easy to navigate around.

I didn't appreciate the need to make a $200 deposit which was not refunded immediately but within a time frame of 1-8 days. This was stressful and could be off-putting for first-time visitors.
