we loved quest! 5-minute walk to westfield mall, cafes, and restaurants. Spacious apartment, friendly staff, and a fully equipped kitchen. the shampoo left my hair super soft, and the balcony doors let in fresh air.

The free breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice gestures. , the tourist hotspots were easily accessible from the hotel due to it being in the heart of the city. the room was quite spacious.

The hotel had poor hygiene maintenance, with a large cockroach found in the room among other cleanliness issues. staff behavior was subpar, as the night manager refused to accommodate our discomfort and offered no resolution.

The rooms were nice, clean, and tidy. The new property is in a quiet location and conveniently located within a 1-minute walk to the train station. Family-friendly with restaurants and malls within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and there was free WiFi and a smart TV.

The only minor downside we experienced during our stay at the hotel was the room's lack of privacy due to the thin, lace curtains. A black-out curtain would have added to our comfort in the room.
