The database provides a wide range of useful information and is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. the room at the City Road location had a stunning view overlooking the entrance, and it was spacious and comfortable.

The room at this particular location is in need of a makeover as it looked very dated. the rooms are not serviced on Sundays or public holidays, which can be inconvenient needing assistance during those times.

The room was spacious and cozy, felt like a home away from home. the view from the 7th floor was stunning, overlooking MCG and other Melbourne landmarks. Walking distance to Southbank and great restaurants.

The heating controls were a bit tricky for me.

The fully equipped kitchen meant gourmet meals in PJs. Close to all attractions, grocery delivery was a lifesaver. Nespresso and Wi-Fi provided a posh touch. Vouchers offered great gift ideas to even my most adventurous friends.

Blood stains, rogue hairs, and a shower flood were delightful surprises in the "clean" room.

The apartment at Quest South Bank was spacious, with comfortable beds and a good location for exploring Southbank. The car park was tight, and housekeeping took a while to replenish tea bags. It was odd that the ensuite was in the kids' room. a quiet and pleasant stay, with a helpful reception and convenient amenities.

We loved the spacious apartment with excellent cleanliness, convenient laundry facilities, and a helpful staff. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the vibrant restaurant scene at Southgate and attending events at the State Theatre.

Great bed, lovely bathroom, short walk to my morning destination. Convenient parking on the same floor as my room. Comfortable and easy layout with good storage. Dark room for sleeping-in. Friendly and helpful staff.

When staying in this hotel, you will be pleased with the great location. It is close to a variety of excellent restaurants where you can enjoy delicious meals. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the arts center, allowing you to easily access cultural events and performances. Furthermore, the hotel is situated close to shops, making it convenient for any shopping needs you may have.

There was one minor inconvenience during our visit. The Wi-Fi connection was limited to only two devices, which may be a challenge for larger families or groups needing multiple devices connected simultaneously.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was situated in a fantastic area within walking distance to so many attractions. We loved being close to the Yarra river, and the fact that the hotel was just set back from the river made it feel even more peaceful and serene. The staff were absolutely amazing, providing top-notch service from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Felt relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic new year at a hotel that offered two complimentary treats and had a great location. It was super easy to get around with everything in walking distance. We loved the convenience of having plenty of crockery and cooking utensils in the room.

Our stay was not perfect as we had a noisy neighbor that was quite unpleasant to deal with. We were woken up by the yelling and it really ruined our night.

Great location, helpful staff, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, immaculate apartment, close to public transport.
