rooms were well maintained and clean - comfy beds. great location close to the orion shopping centre - food choices nearby. got extended full day check out on sunday.

I had a fantastic stay here. the spacious room I stayed in was impeccably clean and well-equipped, featuring convenient amenities like a washer and dryer. the staff were exceptional and incredibly helpful. the location was ideal, being close to major shops and having easy access from both the street and secure parking. This hotel is well-maintained and appears brand new, making it a top choice in this fast-growing area of Brisbane.

Nothing not to love.

During my recent business trip to Greater Springfield, I had the pleasure of staying at Quest Springfield Central, a hotel chosen by my director. the location was perfect for the sporting competition at the AFL ovals, and the extended full-day check-out on Sunday provided great value for money. I appreciated the convenience of having a local shopping centre, parks, and a lagoon within walking distance, offering plenty of food options for a quick bite. the cleanliness and tidiness of the place added to the overall comfort and relaxation of my stay.

As a wheelchair user traveling with a Support Worker, I found the layout of the accessible bathroom not as convenient as expected.

Modern, well-designed 1-bed unit. Super clean, spacious room with convenient amenities like a washing machine and dryer. Easy access and secure parking. Fresh coffee in the foyer is a nice touch.

Confusing entrance location. Food delivery mishap.

Modern hotel well equipped with everything we needed. Reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. the fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, allowing me to cook meals just like a top chef. I felt like a gourmet chef whipping up dishes to rival Michelin-star restaurants.

Damp smell in unit.

stayed at a 1 bedroom apartment in springfield lakes, quest went above and beyond. spacious room, great staff, comfy king bed, overlooking park, had all essentials.

noisy family next door.

The shower was pristine and provided an excellent experience. the bed was comfy with clean sheets. Key location facts were provided beforehand.

The hotel was located in an isolated area with no access to nearby restaurants or shops. It would have been great to have a view from the front of the hotel instead of staring at the car park and buildings behind.

Luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities met my every need at this hotel. the service was impeccable and staff provided personalized attention. the Aqua park was a wonderful addition to the location advantages. the room advantages were exceptional, featuring state, of, the, art technology and beautiful decor. I particularly enjoyed the private facilities, which made me feel like I was in a private sanctuary.

Although I had an overall exceptional stay, I did notice one minor issue related to noise. the adjoining room was not soundproof enough for complete privacy, which could be a potential problem for light sleepers.

Location, shopping centre, well set out unit, comfortable beds, easy trip to Willowbank, excellent service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff at Quest. They were genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable and greeted me warmly every time I returned to the hotel. The staff from reception to housekeeping were all wonderful. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay such a pleasant experience.

The room I booked for my family turned out to be two separate one-bedroom apartments instead of a two-bedroom apartment. This made it difficult to monitor my toddlers effectively as there was a door separating the two apartments.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a shopping centre close by and parks right across the road. It's in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful stay. The rooms are well-equipped, with kitchen facilities, a washing machine and dryer, and comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and the service is great. Guests can also enjoy a light breakfast of cereal, fruit, and juice available from reception.

The room sizes can be a bit misleading, as some guests mentioned that the separate bedroom was not fully separated from the lounge and the balcony was quite small.
