The location is superb, close to Queens Park and the City Centre, allowing easy access to all the CBD attractions. the staff, especially Jenny and Kirsty, were excellent, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the apartment was spotless and well-equipped with all amenities. the view of Queen's Park from the balcony was delightful, and the car park was convenient.

the staff were incredibly considerate and helpful during our untimely bout with the flu. They were very friendly and happy to assist, making our visit much more comfortable. the location was fabulous, right on the main street, giving us easy access to excellent restaurants and a short trip to the shopping centre. It was perfect for exploring the Toowoomba Food and Wine Festival and supporting local coffee shops and eateries. the outdoor dining area was a lovely spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast or a relaxing evening.

One minor improvement could be ensuring that guests are aware that the onsite gated car parks can fill up during busy periods due to limited availability. It would be helpful to provide alternative parking options or advice on where to park in such situations.

I absolutely adored the cozy ambiance of the hotel, especially the charming heritage church building that housed the reception and lobby - it made me feel right at home. the comfortable seating areas were perfect for us seniors to relax and chat, and the hotel's central location in the heart of Toowoomba made it very easy for us to explore the city at our own pace.

For a better vacation experience for senior people, I wish the children working there would consider adding more comfortable seating options in the outdoor areas.
