The location of the hotel is excellent, with a Red CAT bus stop nearby for easy transportation. It is also conveniently close to Elizabeth Quay, where you can enjoy a stroll down to the river. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from near the hotel, particularly in the King Street shops area.

One downside is that the hotel lacks air conditioning in the lounge and kitchen areas.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff here are really friendly and always willing to help. They even gave us a late check-out and stored our luggage for us. The rooms are comfortable and provide everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a nice view. We enjoyed counting the buses that passed by from there! Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving great advice on nearby eating options and arranging taxis when needed.

The hotel was lacking in several areas. the room had poor air circulation and the bathroom was dated with limited fan/air supply.

Friendly staff quickly resolved a parking issue.

During my stay at Quest West End, I encountered a minor hiccup with the parking arrangements. However, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and promptly resolved the situation to my satisfaction.

Spacious rooms, central location, friendly housekeeping, helpful staff. Lola was great! Family has more amenities. Good for parking. Fairly comfortable beds. Kitchen, ironing board available. Clean but basic room. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy check-in. Fabulous breakfast basket with bacon, eggs, avocado, bread, juice. Excellent value, clean and well-furnished apartment. Local shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.
