I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with Southern Cross Station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with something new to try every day. I also loved the funky decor throughout the hotel, especially the unique feature walls on each floor. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a super comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel staff accommodated our request for a late check-out, and throughout our stay, they were helpful and friendly. Our room was soundproofed, and we had a good night's sleep on the comfy bed. We enjoyed the free welcome drink and the variety of dining options available. The rooftop pool offered stunning views, and we found the sun loungers and pool facilities relaxing.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was right in the heart of the city, just across from various strip clubs, which made for an interesting nightlife experience. The trams were conveniently close, making it easy to explore Flinders Street and other parts of town. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and accommodating. Although breakfast options were lacking, the hotel had other facilities that made up for it, such as a wonderful pool and a big TV in the room.

There was one small issue with the robes provided. They seemed to be made for children, as they were very small in size.
