The hotel offers valet parking, making it convenient for guests. The buffet breakfast at HQ restaurant was tasty and the hotel's location was convenient, with the circle tram passing right in front.

I had a very comfortable stay at Radisson. The location was great, near Queen Victoria markets and Flagstaff Gardens, making it easy to explore the city. The room had a nice view and the bed was big and comfortable. Despite being near a tram track, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in Melbourne.

We had a superb stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very near the Queen Victoria markets which was good for shopping. Additionally, being inside the CBD free tram zone made getting around extremely easy. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. They accommodated our request to check in early with only 15 minutes notice and were always available at the reception desk to assist us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant and appreciated the option of in-room breakfast as well. The hotel also had leisure facilities such as a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and a sun terrace. the staff at this place were only too happy to help with anything, making our stay truly enjoyable.

As adventure travelers, we loved the renovated 'Business' rooms with modern amenities. The air con/heating was quiet and cozy, and the shower heads were enjoyable with great pressure. The hotel's location was ideal, with nearby attractions like Queen Victoria Market and The Bird's Basement music venue. The staff, especially Chris, Gargi, and Mario Rossi, were friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the night manager, who went above and beyond to deliver our lost medicine from the tour bus. It truly saved our vacation!

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special.

The best aspects were that we were upgraded to a higher floor room and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and the city center. Another advantage we enjoyed was the free evening drink coupons with live music in the lobby - a great way to relax after a busy day of exploring.

The only downside was the noise at night, which made it difficult to sleep. Our room was located near the lifts, and the constant noise disrupted our sleep.
