This place was a gem! the room was spacious and modern, complete with a kitchen sink and microwave. It was a surprise to see an extra seat and even a fancy toilet brush. An exceptional meal from the restaurant was a treat, although sharing a king bed with my son made for a quirky night. a comfortable stay with friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend it. Time for some vegemite toast now!

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at the Raintree Motel. The new owners have clearly put effort into making the rooms comfortable and inviting. They have done a fantastic job with the recent renovation, as the rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. We had everything we needed during our stay, from face washers to a microwave. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the quiet atmosphere made for a peaceful night's sleep.

Although we loved our stay, there were a couple of minor issues. The smell of cigarette smoke from other guests smoking outside their rooms was a slight inconvenience.

Rooms are modern with a big TV and access to Netflix. Kitchen is well-equipped. Owners are very hospitable. Rooms are quiet with no traffic noise. Good-sized rooms with comfortable beds. Deluxe bathroom is large and clean. Kitchenette is a great addition. Plenty of Foxtel and free-to-air channels. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy outdoor areas. Laundry facilities available. Amazing breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanest motel ever stayed in.

The room was surprisingly spacious and modern, with a kitchen sink and microwave which was a nice touch. the location was off the main road but still quiet and there was a great playground for the kids within walking distance. An added perk was the on-site cafe with delicious meals delivered to the room.

The restaurant listed on the website was actually closed due to staffing issues for the past four months. the swimming pool was quite small, not as depicted in the online photos.
