We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect as it is situated in a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is just across the road from the beach, which was very convenient for us. We also loved the fact that it is located between two great beaches. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with a stunning view. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a dining table. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the on-site car park, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I loved the close proximity to the beach and the Jacuzzi was a great addition for relaxation. The self-registration process was quick and easy. The instructions provided through email were clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect, with a 5-minute walk to the street, pubs, and the beach. I also enjoyed the nearby golf course. The heating system, including the fireplace and wall mounted heater, kept the room nice and cozy.

The bed was comfortable and the room had a lovely view of the beach. The staff promptly addressed any concerns I had.

For a business trip, the place was quite decent. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and newspaper in the morning. the location was key, only minutes away from the main drag and the beach. Plus, they had a complimentary shuttle to take you wherever you needed to go.

The place was not well-maintained. the sheets hadn't been changed, and there was hair in the bathroom sink.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint and spacious mini villa. The location was perfect, being on the beach side of Great Ocean Road and close to the cafes in the morning. The room was well-furnished and had a comfortable layout, with a double bed in the main area and a loft space with two additional beds. The bathroom was clean and the service was great. We also appreciated the added benefits of free golf clubs and kayaks. a fantastic choice for a family holiday or a weekend getaway.

It would have been better if the villa had provided more detailed instructions and information about check-out, trash disposal, and appliance operation.

We were pleasantly surprised with our recent stay at the boat houses. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and shops/restaurants. The surroundings were charming and well decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The bed in our room was comfortable and we were grateful for the electric blanket provided. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for our needs. Although there were a few minor issues such as a dusty floor and sticky tables, overall we had a pleasant experience. We would recommend this accommodation to others.
