the staff here were amazing, they even stayed up late so I could check in after hours. the view from our 36th-floor apartment was breathtaking. the room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. Free parking was offered to compensate for any inconvenience caused, showing great customer service.

The check-in process could be smoother, especially for late-night arrivals. Perhaps having clearer instructions on key collection could prevent any confusion or delays.

The location just behind the bustling Rundle Mall was excellent, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and transportation options. Cons: Utterly satisfied.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Plus, the views from our balcony were absolutely stunning. We loved waking up and seeing the hills in the distance. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were a good size. the quality of this place was top-notch compared to other serviced apartments we've stayed at. We also appreciated the helpful staff who were quick to address any issues, like the lock problem we had.

The apartment we stayed in during our New Year's trip was in a prime location for walking to all the shops and attractions. we found it quite convenient that there was a dishwasher and washing machine available to use in the apartment.

We found the reception staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful, which made our arrival and departure experiences less than ideal. we did have some issues with noise from neighboring apartments, and we weren't too impressed with the lack of help provided by the staff with regards to this problem.

The location of Realm Apartments By Cllix was excellent, with most attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, including a kitchen with plenty of cooking appliances and utensils. The view from the balcony on the 20th floor was breathtaking.

One specific situation that happened during our stay was the inconvenience of arriving late at night. Despite informing the hotel that we would be arriving on the last flight around 10.30pm, there was no staff available to check us in.
