Convenient location, amazing bar tender, clean property.

No overnight car parking vouchers provided, had to bring our own bottled water, buffet breakfast needed to be booked in advance, compact and claustrophobic room, pillows too big and uncomfortable.

Conveniently located near train and tram stops, making it easy to explore the CBD and attend events like the T20 Cricket World Cup Final at the nearby stadium. Buffet breakfast was great. The hotel's historic charm, including stained glass windows and a stunning rotunda, adds to the unique experience. Friendly staff provide excellent service. Good value for money considering the prime location.

As adventure travelers, we absolutely loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to many exciting food opportunities like Degraves Street Dining Lane, and we also had easy access to public transport, including the Flinders Street Train Station. The decor of the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep.

The hotel had a stunning view from the room and the layout of the room was incredibly comfortable. The range of options available for room service was also a great advantage. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the key attractions and shops.

On the downside, the bathroom felt a bit claustrophobic due to the spacing between the toilet and the bath/shower. The water pressure in the shower was mediocre, which made it a bit awkward to shower.

The staff are friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to make special occasions memorable. The room amenities are fantastic, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area make it easy to relax and unwind. The complimentary welcome drink is a nice touch as well. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to families.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rendezvous in Melbourne for a few nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel at ease during my stay. The shower pressure was great, and I loved that they had a proper hairdryer in the room. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of pillow options. The breakfast was enjoyable, but the highlight was the delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The Moroccan Lamb and the Salmon were cooked perfectly. The architecture of the building added to the charm, especially in the deluxe room I stayed in. The older concierge was exceptionally helpful, always ready to solve any problem with efficiency and a good sense of humor.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, almost near the centre and close to everything. There were plenty of great restaurants around this hotel. The room was amazing with great amenities like air conditioning and even a dining table! The staff here were one of the best we have encountered, they made us feel so welcome with a room upgrade and a delicious welcome drink. The hotel also had great leisure and relaxation facilities that we enjoyed using.
