This hotel is incredible, very easy to go into town and still calm. The location is well served by trains to nearby East Richmond Station and the excellent Melbourne trams. The rooms are comfortable and inviting, with basic amenities that cater to all your needs. The staff provide excellent service and are always ready to assist you. The breakfast is good, with a fantastic selection that includes porridge and is accompanied by newspapers.

The rooms can be a bit noisy with guests passing in the hallways and the doors of the shared bathroom facilities banging as they open and close.

The hotel had a key location, walking distance away from shopping and dining options. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They arranged a complimentary continental breakfast that filled us up for the morning ahead.

The hotel could benefit from refurbishing as it was quite dated. Additionally, the amenities provided in the upgraded rooms were very basic, with a tiny bathroom and no hairdryer.

I recently stayed at Richmond Hill for a few nights with my family. The hotel's location is amazing, within walking distance to the MCG, Bridge Road shopping, and plenty of dining options. The building itself is over 150 years old, with beautiful architecture and cozy open fireplaces in the dining and lounge areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the free continental breakfast, which filled us up for the morning ahead. a lovely stay with a friendly vibe and the opportunity to meet other guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location. Speaking of which, the hotel is conveniently located just outside Richmond park, making it perfect for exploring everything Melbourne has to offer. The ease of access to public transport was also a major plus. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were attentive and provided great service. They paid attention to every detail and made sure that my stay was comfortable. Finally, I loved the rooms with a bathroom. The view over eastern Melbourne was stunning and added to the overall experience. The breakfast included in my rate was also fantastic, with a variety of beautiful fruit to start my day.
