Immaculately clean room. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner struggled to keep the room cool at times. Nonetheless, the comfortable bed and great location made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I felt like the outdoor pool was my own private oasis, even with the noise creeping in from the stairwell. A 1-minute walk to the RSL Club saved my evening - much appreciated. the Wi-Fi kept me connected for my glamorous social life.

Sleeping on marshmallows and a late-night chair-dragging performance? Magnifique.

the location was central, just a stone's throw from the beach, with pubs and cafes within walking distance. the room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the staff, managed through the neighboring reception, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special mention to the lovely cleaning lady who provided outstanding service, even going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and safety.

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at a nearby cafe and the housekeeping service was top-notch. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the town center with plenty of shopping and dining options. the small pool was a nice touch, perfect for a quick dip on a warm day.

One thing that could be improved is the parking situation. It would be great to have designated parking spots to ensure everyone has a place to park.

I always return for my trips. Staff found my lost bracelet first stay. This place suits perfectly. Free Wi, Fi, parking, 24, hour reception, pool. No pets, air, con, non, smoking rooms.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops. It is also conveniently close to the river, perfect for a leisurely stroll. And opposite the hotel, there is a fabulous cafe called 'The Hardwood', where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or just grab a coffee. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large showers. Additionally, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations and updates to improve the overall appearance and experience for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ballina! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and just a short walk from the shopping area. I also loved how close it was to the beautiful Richmond river. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail was evident in the clean and tidy rooms, and I even had the luxury of enjoying a jacuzzi in my room. The value for money was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. a truly wonderful experience!

We stayed at a small motel during Christmas and we enjoyed our experience. the room was clean and well-prepared with all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect for us, close to shops and restaurants in the area. We appreciated the Christmas decorations and free snacks provided by the motel.

The walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking and their TV. the plumbing also seemed outdated and produced a loud noise when in use.

Convenient location in town. Quiet room at back. Table/chairs for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Daily room service. Near Wharf Bar, Maritime Museum, Shelly Beach Cafe.
