I recently had a delightful stay at a charming retreat nestled near a scenic river. The hotel's attention to detail and friendly staff made me feel truly welcomed. The rooms, equipped with air conditioning, were clean and well laid out. I especially appreciated the pigeon hole divider, which helped keep me organized. The location, directly across from the river, was perfect for leisurely walks with my dogs. Additionally, the hotel's value for money was exceptional.

We had a very comfortable stay at a caravan park recently. The location was great, with everything we needed within reach. The cabin was clean and tidy, and the kitchen facilities were well-equipped. The staff were helpful and friendly, making sure we had a pleasant experience. we would highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Staff at this hotel were super welcoming and professional, always quick to address any concerns we had. the location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the river and a quick drive to Tweed & Coolangatta. It felt like a mini Bali resort, peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to everything we needed. the cleanliness of the cabin was top-notch, and the layout was practical and well-organized. the manager was a delight – friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist.

One thing that could be improved is the need for better communication regarding bookings. It would be great if there were clearer procedures in place to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.

The location of the campsite was great as it was close to the beach and to a lot of events around the area. Plus, we were able to bring our furry friend along which was great.

Our Christmas holiday was ruined by the strict and unfriendly management. Rules and regulations were everywhere, and they didn't seem to be very accommodating to occasional visitors like us.

Clean accommodation, comfortable bed, hot water, fantastic induction stove top, lovely pool area.

All good.

Clean cabins, prompt staff, and convenient location. Flight path noise minimal. Accommodated pet and parking needs. Well-maintained park with renovated facilities. Welcoming to dog owners.
