I had such a pleasant surprise staying at this hotel! the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location just out of the center of town was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were basic, but the comfy bed made up for it. a great place to stay.

I wish the shower temperature was easier to regulate.

Close to town, RSL within walking distance. Manager welcoming, accommodating despite late arrival. Clean, spacious room, comfy mattress, perfect pillows. Undercover parking and early check-in appreciated. Convenient location near shopping and airport. Friendly lady at front desk provided fresh milk for tea.

Friendly service and comfortable rooms

One issue during my stay at River Street Motel was the lack of milk being delivered as promised. However, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making up for any inconvenience. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The outdoor balcony was spacious and had comfortable furniture to enjoy the sea breeze. The room had a modern decor and was nicely renovated. We appreciated the crockery/cutlery and toaster/kettle provided in the room for our convenience. Key location was good, with the hotel being close to the main road.

The staff entered our room without knocking on the door when we were still inside, which was quite unsettling. The car park was too small for our liking and on top of that, the signboard was difficult to spot from the road.
