I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing selection of teas and Nespresso machine provided in the room for coffee lovers like myself. the balcony offered stunning views and a relaxing place to enjoy my morning beverage. the guests were friendly and the atmosphere was inviting, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

The only minor drawback was that the Wi-Fi signal in my room was a bit weak at times, making it slightly inconvenient when trying to work or stay connected online. however, this was a very minor issue that did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

staying at riversleigh house was a delightful surprise. the period property exuded historic charm with a generous room, access to a lovely balcony, and efficient self check-in. the staff, perhaps the owners, were exceptionally kind and accommodating. the location was convenient, and the spacious rooms, comfy bed, and well-equipped kitchen added to the overall pleasant experience.

My wife says that a dedicated play area for kids would make it even more family-friendly.

The location is perfect as it is down the street from the town center, making it very convenient. It is also very close to the river, providing a beautiful view. The rooms are comfortable, with some even having glass doors opening up to private balconies. The breakfast was delicious with homemade cookies, jam samples, and cereals available. The check-in process was hassle-free as we received door passwords in an email, and our keys were ready in the foyer with our names on them.

The customer service could be improved as there were instances where the contact person on duty was unresponsive, taking approximately 2 hours to reply to queries.
