I love staying here! the staff helped me find a lost jewel on my first visit. This place has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, a pool, and a restaurant. I always come back for my holiday!

I had a relaxing stay at Roebuck Bay Hotel with my teenagers. the location is unbeatable, with shops and the bus stop just steps away. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed a hairdryer. the pool area was nice, but could use more attention. Enjoyed the Joey burger in a lovely bar atmosphere. a good base for exploring Broome!

The stunning views were even better than the pictures. I absolutely LOVED the peaceful atmosphere. I’d definitely return for another relaxing getaway!

We loved the spacious room and the lovely pool area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape even more special. Plus, the free shuttle to the beach was a major bonus! On the downside, it did get a bit noisy at night due to events at the nearby pub, and the room could use some updates. The air-con was a little tricky to manage without a remote, and we faced a few hiccups with the cleaning service.

I recently spent a few nights at a hotel that left me with a mixed bag of thoughts. On one hand, the location was fantastic—close to all the shopping and cafes, which made exploring the area super easy. Plus, the staff were friendly, probably the best I've encountered in the last couple of months traveling around WA and NT. They really tried to make my stay enjoyable. Now, let’s talk about the room. The decor seemed frozen in time, like it hadn’t seen an update since the 70s or something. Everything felt very basic, with no bedside lamps or even a closet to hang my clothes! The air conditioning had this old wall unit – no remote or anything fancy. When it came to amenities, there wasn’t much in the room at all — no tea and coffee facilities or a proper sitting area. Just a tiny fridge to store my drinks. The flat-screen TV didn’t work when I checked in, and it took a good chunk of my stay to get it replaced. When they finally brought a new one, it wasn’t programmed right, and let me tell you, that was frustrating. Noise was a major issue throughout my stay too. The walls felt like they were made of paper, so any conversation from neighboring rooms was clearly audible. The entertainment from their bars went on late into the night, with techno music blaring until 2 am. I tried using the complimentary ear plugs they offered, but even they didn’t do the trick. It’s hard to relax when the outside is a continuous soundtrack of partying. Then there was the smoke situation. The rooms are supposed to be smoke-free, but people were allowed to light up right in front of their doors, so the smell would drift right into my space. Not cool at all, especially when I’m trying to relax. Housekeeping did a decent job keeping things clean, but I noticed the common areas really needed some attention too. The pool area felt a bit neglected and could have used a good cleaning. They do close it down early, which was a bummer since it looked inviting. It's such a shame because the restaurant's food was quite delicious! I loved my dinner there—huge servings that came out quickly. If only the rest of the stay measured up to that quality. The airport shuttle was a nice perk though. That saved me some hassle getting to the airport. It was just a bit disappointing to not have better facilities in the room considering the price. $300 a night should feel a little more special, right?
