roseneath cottage is beautiful and well-maintained, with attentive staff. Room had all essentials, comfy bed, and modern ensuite bathroom. Clear instructions for easy access. Clean shared spaces, including lounge and kitchen. Convenient location near town center. Restored 19th-century house with modern amenities and a refreshing swimming pool.

Roseneath Cottage in Northam was a cozy and well-equipped stay for my son and me. the room was comfortable with modern amenities perfect for our short visit. the shared lounge and kitchen were inviting, although we didn't get a chance to use them. the outdoor swimming pool and lovely garden area added to the relaxation factor, and exploring nearby landmarks like Victoria Oval and Avon River created memorable family bonding moments.

Enjoyed the charming old-world feel, comfy bedding, and ease of entry. the water fountain in the outdoor area was a nice touch.

Trying to communicate with Jeni felt like playing phone tag while balancing a shampoo-covered head on low water pressure.

Had an amazing stay at the lovely hotel close to town. the room was comfy, and the outdoor dining area was a nice touch. Enjoyed the pool! Would DEFINITELY come back! photos don't do it justice though.
