The old pub turned accommodation was awesome! Loved the central location and the art-deco charm of the place. the room was comfy, clean, and we had a lovely fan and aircon. 🌟 Only downside was the lack of a lift and the shower in the bath setup which might be tricky for some, but overall, it didn't dampen our enjoyable stay!

royal exchange is spotless and cozy - near local spots and supermarkets. in-house catering unavailable on sundays. historic charm throughout.

i absolutely loved the balcony overlooking the street 😍! the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. the room decor was pleasant, but working space was limited. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room felt a bit claustrophobic. But overall, a great stay!

The presentation of the restaurant is impressive, with lovely old furnishings and a great atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the towels are fluffy. The staff at checkout are friendly and helpful, providing a positive overall service experience.

The shuttle bus service to races and Silverton begged belief.

The beautifully cared for old hotel had comfortable rooms, lovely renovated bathrooms, and a divine bed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station. The AC was very effective and the coffee making equipment in the "wardrobe" was adequate. The renovated Art Deco interiors, with the two big fires in the lounge/dining area, added warmth and atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was good, and the staff was really good too.
