The shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to freeways and the airport. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff who ensured our needs were met. The hotel also offered a great selection of food at the restaurant. Despite a few minor hiccups, such as a noise issue in one of the rooms and the presence of pokie machines in the pub, our overall impression of the hotel was positive. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the train station which makes it easy to get to the CBD. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. I particularly liked the huge shower and the fact that the hotel offers a complimentary drink voucher.

While the shared bathroom was spotless, it was a bit of a hassle to have to go down the hall to use it. Lastly, the hotel entrance was a bit difficult to find, and better signs would have been helpful.
