Despite some negative reviews, we did not experience any issues with the staff or the amenities. The pool was a great addition, especially during the hot weather. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to two shopping places. We had lunch at the Mandarin Inn, which was awesome. Additionally, it is very close to shops and cafes, making it easy to explore the area. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and had some basic kitchenette facilities, which were handy.

The television channels available were limited, with only four channels to choose from.

During my stay, I really liked the size of the area and the pool was really nice and clean. , the location was convenient to many attractions and restaurants which was really helpful. the staff were really nice and friendly.

The air conditioning was a major disappointment. We weren't able to control it and it was set on heat which made our stay really uncomfortable, especially when getting ready for a wedding.

The location was very convenient to Harbourtown, which offered a great selection of restaurants without having to venture into the bustling Surfers Paradise. Additionally, it was very close to the junior rugby league oval and a variety of shops. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a separate kitchen equipped with a good-sized table and chairs. The hotel ensured a peaceful night's sleep, as there was no traffic noise to disturb me. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even though they were fully booked. a great location with easy access to dining and shopping options.
